M.Sc., Ph.D. studentS73F0755 Arturs

Main research interests:

Mostly my PhD studies are connected with detection of Bacillus subtilis spores in drinking water distribution system during deliberate contamination. Therefore all research work is focused on following guidelines:

  • Determination of adsorption/desorption rate of B. subtilis spores on different pipe materials
  • Detection of spore behavior under different flow/non-flow conditions with controlled pH, temperature, velocity and etc.
